How to Apply

Follow Eastside’s Admissions Process

Start by completing Eastside Lutheran’s regular admissions process. This includes submitting an application, completing the required student assessment and family meeting, and receiving an enrollment decision.

Apply Online Through the Choice Program

Once you’ve started the admissions process, complete the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program application through the Wisconsin DPI website during the designated application period. Be sure to select Eastside Lutheran School as your school of choice.
