What inspired you to become a teacher’s aide, and what do you love most about your role at Eastside?
I wanted to be a teacher since 2nd grade. I love that Eastside is like a family that is centered on Jesus every day!
How does your faith influence your work at Eastside?
To live each day in God’s Grace and share that love and joy with the students each day. I love learning about God’s word each day with my students.
What are your hobbies or interests outside of school?
Gardening, kayaking, and going to the beach!
What is a fun fact about you that students may not know?
3 of the 4 people in my family are left handed. (My son Blake is the only right handed one.)
What is your favorite Bible verse, and why?
Joshua 1:9 It is my confirmation verse and a great reminder that God is always with us no matter where we go!
