What inspired you to become a teacher, and what do you love most about your role at Eastside?

I am a teacher because I love helping students grow, especially in their knowledge of God's Word. I love serving our students and families, helping to connect them to Jesus.

How does your faith influence your work at Eastside?

Faith is a treasure that we share as a church family. Our shared faith in Jesus motivates me to use the gifts and talents that God has given me to help others grow.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of school?

I cherish spending time with family and friends and making meaningful memories together. Some of my favorite moments are spent with my young children, exploring parks, visiting the library, and enjoying sunny days at splash pads.

What is a fun fact about you that students may not know?

I enjoy visiting state capitol buildings. Our capitol building in Madison is beautiful.

What is your favorite Bible verse, and why?

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Life is difficult. We don't need to have all the answers but trust the One who does.
